What FocusWise Collects

FocusWise does not require account creation.

FocusWise does not collect personal information through a remote server.

FocusWise does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Data Stored on Your Device

FocusWise stores the following information locally on your device:

• Focus session records
• Session durations
• Session categories
• Daily goal preferences
• Saved shortcuts and usage counts
• Theme and language preferences

This data remains on your device unless you choose to export it.

Notifications

FocusWise may request permission to send local notifications.

These notifications are used only to alert you when a focus session is completed.

Notification scheduling happens on your device.

Live Activities

On supported devices, FocusWise may display active session information on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. This information is generated locally on your device and is not sent to external servers.

Data Sharing

FocusWise does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

If you choose to export your session history as a CSV file, that file is created locally on your device and shared only through actions you explicitly initiate.

Tracking

FocusWise does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Third-Party Services

FocusWise currently does not rely on third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud storage services for its core functionality.

Data Retention

Your session data remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or export and manually manage the exported file.

Children's Privacy

FocusWise is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You can:

• Decline notification permissions
• Delete the app to remove local app data
• Export your data manually using the in-app export feature
